GROUND FLOOR:

Entrance Hall: As you enter the Villa by the main door there is a door to the right of the entrance hall – which gives access to the lounge / dining room.

Lounge/Dining Room: Overlooking and providing access to the Pool / Garden. The lounge diner is a large spacious open plan room, comfortably furnished in soft relaxing colours and textures. There is a large dining table with seating for eight; two large 3 seater settees a matching armchair and large coffee table.

Hidden lighting provides the room with a soft ambience at night. The lounge / diner has two large Turkish Rugs set on a beautiful marble floor. For your entertainment the lounge has a large TV, DVD & Music System. Two sets of patio doors open directly to the Sun Terrace and Pool area.

Kitchen: The kitchen is also attached to the lounge with uninterrupted views of the Taurus Mountains. It is fully fitted - housing an oven a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and toaster. It is fully equipped with all utensils for everyday use. An iron and ironing board are provided (just in case).

LOWER LANDING:

Bathroom 1: Two steps up from the lounge provide access to a large bathroom – which comprises of a sink, shower & toilet. It is fully tiled with a marble floor.

Bedroom 1  has two 2 twin beds, a double wardrobe plus a set of drawers and bedside table & lamp. The room overlooks the pool.

1ST FLOOR:

A marble staircase leads you up a large landing with a panoramic window giving views out to sea. (The landing provides access to 3 bedrooms.)

The master bedroom has a beautiful tiled en-suite bathroom with a marble floor. It is equipped with a Jacuzzi bath, shower and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a double wardrobe, a set of drawers and bedside tables & lamps. A set of patio doors lead out to a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea.

Bedroom two and three have 2 twin beds, double wardrobes plus a set of drawers and bedside table & lamp.

Adjacent to these bedrooms is another beautiful tiled bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

All bedrooms on this floor have air-conditioning.
 

2nd FLOOR:

The marble staircase continues up to a . .

Twin bedded air conditioned room with a double wardrobe, bedside tables & lamps. the bedroom has a patio door leading out to its own balcony over-looking the pool and the sea.

Adjacent to this bedroom is another beautiful tiled bathroom with toilet
and sink.

OUTSIDE:

There is a large tiled sun terrace / balcony area furnished with 2
Patio Tables + 8 Chairs. Situated at one end of the terrace is a purpose built BBQ.

The Safety Designed pool is 30ft x 15ft and has underwater lighting, the terrace around the pool is equipped with Sun Loungers & umbrellas

There are lights all around the perimeter of the terrace and balcony

The Villa is surrounded by a walled garden which is grassed and newly planted with fruit trees and flowers.
