Booking your holiday

First contact us by telephone to confirm availability and price on your required dates and to request our booking form.(we will reserve your chosen accommodation for 7 days from despatch of  form)
On receipt, complete the booking form paying attention to the guest details section, bookings cannot be accepted without this information in full.
Small pets are welcome at the Astonia, please submit full details with your booking form.
Return form to us ASAP enclosing your reservation fee, 30% of total holiday cost. (reservation fee is not refundable, we recommend you invest in holiday cancellation insurance)
Final payment for your holiday MUST be received 10 clear working days before your arrival date. A balance receipt will be issued by return. This receipt MUST be produced on arrival.(in certain circumstances and by prior consent, you may pay your balance on arrival)

     Occupancy terms and conditions

Visitors are not allowed in flats until 2pm of the day of arrival and are expected to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
The flats must not be occupied by those other than stated on the booking form.
Your receipt for the balance payment MUST be produced on arrival.
The management does not hold itself responsible for valuables or other personal property kept in the flats during your stay
Fire precautions are clearly displayed in all the flats, it is YOUR responsibility to read and take note of this important information.
Visitors are required to leave the flats in a clean and tidy condition.
We reserve the right to withdraw your accommodation at any time during your stay if we feel that the behaviour of any member of your party adversely affects the comfort, enjoyment or safety of our other guests.
