Services

The cottage has full central heating and a combi boiler for instant, piping hot water.

Beds are made up for your arrival, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included and changed weekly at no extra charge. Please supply your own beach towels.

Living area

The cottage has a combination of lovingly restored original features and contemporary fixtures and fittings. The lounge, dining area and sleeping areas are all designed to accommodate six people.

The distinctive living area is open plan so that the spacious lounge, dining area and superbly equipped kitchen all command that breath- taking view across the bays. From the sun terrace, you can see all the activity in the busy harbour.

In addition to the wood-burning stove, the lounge has an open beamed ceiling and solid oak flooring. The comfortable, super-comfy soft furnishings will help to make you feel immediately at home and relaxed. It is fully equipped with a TV, Bose acoustic wave CD/radio system and DVD player together with a selection of DVDs.

The inviting dining area, with its solid oak table and original works of art on the walls is an ideal setting for a relaxed family brunch or for an intimate dinner at sunset.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped and includes:

Built-in dishwasher and washing machine
Gas hob and fan assisted oven
Microwave
“Ocean going” fridge/freezer
Those fantastic views

Bedrooms

The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms – two doubles and a bunkroom.

The emphasis is on simplicity and comfort, with hand-made, bespoke wooden beds, freshly aired white cotton sheets, fluffy duvets and coir woven carpets.

From the largest double, you get the benefit of that idyllic view across the bay.

Bathrooms

The ground floor tiled Mediterranean wet room has, in addition to the drench head shower, a wc and sink.

The main, upstairs bathroom gives you the choice of a soak in that double-ended bath or another drench-head shower over the bath. Either way, you can take in that spectacular sea view as you wash the sand away!
