For our standard packages there are the 2 steps required...
Provide
us with a little guidance about your new site's design
Detailed guidance at this stage will make the approval process shorter & help get your site completed faster.
Give us the web addresses of 2 or 3 sites you like, indicating which elements you like about each. (background colour / font type / navigation / layout etc.) or if you have your own ideas on design, the naming of pages or site structure etc. let us know.
To speed things up...Choose a variation of one of our existing designs to form the basis of your site. To review over 50 design options click here. Just tell us the name of the site you like and any changes, background colour etc., you would prefer.
Supply
your content for any one
page
of your site
Initially we only need your site "design guidance" & "content" to construct ANY single page for your review. This approach gives you more time during the initial design stage to get the rest of your content together.
Send us the following..
Accepted
file types to send are shown on the "Sending
us your site's content" page.
- Text content for the page to be constructed
- Any images you would like to be displayed on that page
- You company logo (if you have one)
- Guideline information relating to you design preferences (layout / theme colour etc)
Please also include your telephone number, we will then let you know that we have received your information.
Email us (send us your content) here -
If you do not get our response within 24hrs (usually much faster) assume that for some reason your information has not been received and call us to "get things moving".
What happens
next?
We will consider ALL your information as
our guide when designing your new site. We will then construct a
sample page and place it online at a secure location for you to
review so that exact design can be "fine tuned" and agreed
to your satisfaction. We do not use "out
of the box" templates so getting the exact look you
require is much easier.
Once you have approved the first page we would reasonably expect you to make all remaining site content available within 28 days. Please let us know ASAP if you think this will NOT be possible.
Tip...
During
this early stage you could ask friends or family to view the developing
site and provide you with their unbiased opinion
on the design / functionality etc.
Logo design
service
We can design a logo for
use on your new site. If you wish to use our logo design
on other medias, business cards etc., a copyright release fee is
required - Please ask for details.
Payment is only required when...
- Your site has been completed to
your satisfaction.
On payment any domain name and / or email service to be included will be purchased and set up.
The SEO and submission process will also begin. - A period of 28 days has elapsed
since the initial design of your site was agreed.
Content to complete the site not being supplied to us is the main reason for this. If the delay has been caused by us in any way, payment will not be requested.
