Initially I only need some "design guidance" the content to construct your home page for review. This approach gives you more time during the initial design stage to get the rest of your content together.
Send me the following..
- Text content for your home page (Word Doc / plain text are OK)
- Any images you would like to be displayed on that page (JPG / GIF / PNG / PDF are OK)
- Your company logo (if you have one, see note below)
- Guideline information relating to your design preferences
(just theme colour and examples of sites you like are a good starting point for me)
Please also include page names, the telephone number and email address you wish to use on your site.

If you do not get my receipt
confirmation
within 24hrs (usually much faster) assume that for some reason
your information has not been received and call me to "get
things moving".
What happens
next?
I will consider ALL your information as our guide when designing your new site. I will then construct a demo home page and place it online at a secure location for you to review so that exact design can be "fine tuned" and agreed to your satisfaction.
Once you have approved your home page I would reasonably expect you to make all remaining site content available within 28 days. Please let me know ASAP if you think this will NOT be possible, I may be able to assist.
Tip...
During
this early stage you could ask friends or family to view the developing
site and provide you with their unbiased opinion
on the design / functionality etc.

I can design a logo for
use on your new site. If you wish to use my logo design
on other medias, business cards etc., a copyright release fee is
required - Please ask for details.
Payment is
only required when...
- Your site has been completed to
your satisfaction.
On payment, any domain name and / or email service to be included will be purchased and set up. The SEO and submission process will also begin. - A period of 28 days has elapsed
since the initial design of your site was agreed.
Content to complete the site not being supplied to us is the main reason for this. If the delay has been caused by us in any way, payment will not be requested.
