Domain
name, if provided, renews at £25 PA
Description: Site hosted and optimised (SEO) using webspace carrying only the identity of your domain name
Additional £20 PA
Sites larger than 10 pages - POA
Any raw content you provide remains firmly YOUR copyright.
Designs,
layouts, concepts, scripts & custom images that we produce for
your new site remain our copyright.
Should you wish to use any of OUR WORK elsewhere no problem but
a copyright release fee is payable. Examples
of this might be if your site is to be uploaded and hosted
on your own existing webspace or you wish to use of a logo
we designed for your site (free) on your headed notepaper.

Liability limits
Dave Powell t/a Radical Solutions (Bristol) can not accept liability for service failures beyond its control, third party providers, host server or router failures etc.
Our maximum liability in any other instance is limited to the site management fee you paid for services in the current year. Asking us to produce your site means you agree to this.
