Sending us your site's content

To keep our prices as low as possible we request that all your site content is sent to us by email, you can also send us your content by post on memory sticks, USB drives or SD cards etc. if this is more convenient.

You can also send your proposed content by post as paper and photographs etc. to the address shown at the top of this page. Hard copy content will attract an additional admin fee for re-typing / scanning etc. We will agree a price with you in advance and BEFORE undertaking such work.

In your first email (or postal mailing) don't forget to include your name, contact (landline if possible) telephone number and best time to contact you.

Please include a stamped self addressed envelope if you require any posted media to be returned.

Important note
We will reply within 24hrs to your first email or posting containing your content to confirm its receipt. If you do not receive this response it means, for whatever reason, we HAVE NOT received your content. Please contact us to identify and resolve any problems.

IMAGES - .gif .jpg .jpeg .bmp .png (.pdf embedded)
AUDIO - .wma .mp3
VIDEO - .wmv .flv .avi
