Sending us your site's content

You can also send your proposed content by post on CD, DVD or HARD COPY* to the address shown at the top of this page. In your first email (or postal mailing) don't forget to include your name, contact (landline if possible) telephone number and best time to contact you.

Important note
We will reply within 24hrs to your first email containing your content to confirm its receipt. If you do not receive this response it means, for whatever reason, we HAVE NOT received your mailing. Please contact us to identify and resolve any problems.

TEXT - .docx .doc .rtf .txt .pdf or plain text email
IMAGES - .gif .jpg .jpeg .bmp .png (.pdf embedded)
AUDIO - .wma .mp3
VIDEO - .wmv .flv .avi
(all other file types by prior agreement only)
