  • Injection moulded bodies to give a clean sharp appearance.
  • All front screw fixing - No awkward bolts brackets or rivets.
  • Utilise safe extra low voltage operation.
  • Shallow profile - Less damage risk compared to bulkier units.
  • Can be mounted for focus on drivers’ mirror.
  • Fully potted waterproof assembly.
  • Can endure short term immersion.
  • Minimum 2M cable tails. - Speedier on site wiring.
  • Products Used On Loading Bays:

Can be interlocked with loading bay door or other access control, and can assist in prevention of vehicle movements where personnel may be at risk.

Supply Voltage Tolerance & RFI:

  • s standard our units are 24v DC = Type U24VDC – These Units have Light Industrial Immunity Only to 89/336/EEC [CENELEC - EN 50082-1] - PLEASE NOTE THAT STRICT INSTALLATION CONDITIONS APPLY.
  • Types CR24VDC & CR12VDC units have a greater voltage tolerance (± 5.0%) and include common mode chokes and RFI filtering.12v DC.
  • Other ELV voltages can be built to order.

LED Types Used By Dok-Tek Systems

M Series

Although now only used for matching to existing products; These are the LED’s that have been used by us for many years. They have proven High reliability and proven quality of manufacture.

P Series (Also used in T series)

This range has a greater light output than the M series, (dependant on colour but approx 3 to 4 times greater). The colours are different, because of the chemistry of the chips. Compared to M Series the green is spectrally towards blue, whilst the red is towards orange.

S Series

These LED’s are similar manufacture to the P Series, but have a narrow beam angle, and are intended for viewing at a distance. The very high intensity of these LED’s can result in EYE INJURIES, and it is an essential requirement that they are only placed so that they can only be viewed from a distance.

NB:

The values shown above are those available from the binning selection of the chips used. In practice the more powerful LED’s are run at reduced power to provide balance to the other LED’s. The exception being the Amber M & P LED’s where a greater quantity of LED’s are used.
