Technician/Engineer
– Responsibilities & Objectives
E3 Systems is a small but established
IT services provider within the Midlands.
We have survived where other companies
have failed, by providing consistent, reliable,
high quality services to our existing customers.
In 2006 we are aiming to “grow” our core
services customer base significantly by
supplying our current range and additional
internet based services.
We hope to achieve this growth by employing
additional Technicians/Engineers to service
our existing and new customers maintaining
user confidence and satisfaction
What
we expect from our Technicians/Engineers
:-
We expect our Technicians/Engineers to
present a “solid”, honest, reliable and
competent image of our company.
We expect our
Technicians/Engineers :-
- To be polite, courteous, respectful,
friendly and enthusiastic at all times
when speaking to a previous, existing
or potential customer.
- To be able to provide existing or
potential customers with a broad, but
comprehensive description and understanding
of the services and products which E3
Systems can supply.
- To methodically and accurately record
all details of their contact with any
company or individual which they contact
on-behalf of E3 Systems, and to make
those details available to E3 Systems
on a regular “to be defined” basis.
- To agree with E3 Systems, an achievable
target performance level, based on a
realistic number of calls to be made
each hour/day/week/month and to meet
such targets or to advise E3 Systems
(within a reasonable time) of reasons
why targets cannot be achieved.
- To be fully committed to their agreed
role as Technicians/Engineers , and
to make all endeavours to carry out
their accepted responsibilities to the
best of their ability.
- To fully comply with the confidentiality
policy relating to our own and customers
data, which they will be requested to
sign upon acceptance of a Technician/Engineer
position with E3 Systems.
We aim for our
Technicians/Engineers:-
- To be content with the service which
they are providing on behalf of E3 Systems,
and to feel that they are being treated
in a fair and appropriate manner. To
consider that they are being adequately
paid and rewarded for their endeavours
in providing these services.
We hope that
our Technicians/Engineers:-
- Will be happy in providing the agreed
services to E3 Systems, will feel accomplished
at working to their full potential and
will consider themselves to be a full
and valued member of the E3 Systems
“Team”.
We will Endeavour
to make the Technicians/Engineers:-
- Period of employment with E3 Systems
as enjoyable, successful and rewarding
as possible. By providing an appropriate
level of support, product information,
customer feedback, company expectations
and any concerns or commendations regarding
behaviour or performance.
