Exactly what area do you provide services in?

E3 Systems primarily provides services to companies within a 75 mile radius of our Hinckley base. This typically takes us as far north as Sheffield, as far South as Aylesbury and Bedford, as far West as Shrewsbury and as far East as Peterborough. However we do frequently carry out work for companies beyond this 15000 square mile region and have worked as far afield as Wales, Scotland and Belgium for some of our larger customers.

Do E3 Systems support Home Users as well as commercial businesses?

Yes E3 Systems launched an initiative 3 years ago, to support all Home Users within the Midlands and their engineers have been providing home visits since that time.

How much do you charge for your services?

E3 Systems provide a very clear pricing structure. There are no hidden costs and no call out charges. Within the above defined normal operating area a two hour 'Pay as You Go' engineer visit will cost £70 + VAT during normal working hours 08.00 to 18.00. After that time the same two hour visit will cost £100 + VAT.

Our standard rate is just' £35 during normal hours, £50 on Saturdays and weekday evenings from 18.00 to Midnight and £70 per hour on Sundays, Bank Holidays and nights between Midnight and 08.00.

Is it cheaper to buy some pre-paid engineer hours?

Pre-paid engineer hours are cheaper and easier to use than 'Pay as You Go' hours. All hours have been pre-paid and cost the same £35 per hour until Midnight to 08.00 or on Sundays or Bank Holidays where they are used at two pre-paid hours per actual hour. We think that this is fair and still provides for a great deal of saving.

As a new customer, could I really just pick up the phone and arrange for an
E3 Systems engineer to visit my home or business?

Yes. Definitely.

E3 Systems have broken the traditional line taken by Computer Technical Support organisations when dealing with new customers. We don't demand a contract to be signed or ask for money up-front. We know that many people depend upon their business systems or Home computers and can't afford to wait several days for administration procedures to be completed. We want to support you now, and we'll come out to you just as soon as we can schedule one of our engineers to make the visit.
