E3 Systems offer a flatrate Engineer on-site service - PAY ONLY FOR THE SUPPORT YOU REQUIRE! Just £35 pounds per hour. Minimum 2 hour call.*

Pre-Paid Engineer Hours

Pre-Pay for engineer hours in 10, 30 or 50 hour bundles.

It saves your company time and money by reducing the need to raise a new purchase order every time you need an E3 Systems engineer on site. The cost per hour is only £35.

Pre-paid hours are so easy to use.  Because the price and terms have already been agreed at the time of purchase.

Pre-Paid Engineer/Technician hours – Never Expire!

Unlike most guarantees, insurance policies, maintenance & Technical Support contracts; Pre-Paid Engineer/Technician hours never expire.  There’s no built-in “use by” date. When a customer purchases Pre-paid Engineer/Technician hours, they remain available until they have all been used.  Pay for what you need!

When  technical expertise is needed, simply……

  1. Pick up the phone
  2. Call the E3 Systems 24 hour number
  3. Give your name, your company name and a brief description of assistance which you require
  4. Sit back in the confidence that an experienced engineer or technician will be on your premises within a short space of time.

An engineer or technician will be despatched to you. Normally they will reach your site within a couple of hours of your call, but otherwise will be with you during the next working day.

Before leaving a customers premises the Engineer or Technician will ask an appropriate member of staff to sign a duplicate book entry detailing work carried out and hours spent on site.  A copy will then be given to the customer as receipt of work completed. Hours used will then be deducted from customers remaining hours.

Pre-Book your Engineer/Technician hours

When a customer purchases Engineer/Technician hours in advance, they can either pre-book them for future pre-determined dates and times (such as a planned office move, etc.), or be confident in the knowledge that they can call E3 Systems and have an Engineer/Technician on site guaranteed within 4/6/8 working hours/next working day.

Telephone and Remote Access Support

For a fixed fee of only £30 per month each you can get unlimited*  telephone and Remote access support**  from an experienced, qualified service engineer.

Users can either be guided through problem resolution via the phone or the engineer can remotely connect to the users server or workstation PC and carry out necessary actions. Many problems can be resolved in this manner saving the cost of having an engineer on site.

Specified Equipment maintenance and support contracts

Where a customer wishes to have a contract in place covering all or specific items of IT System hardware an engineer will visit the company site, evaluate any required systems in place and will prepare a comprehensive quote which will be forwarded to the customer within seven working days of the site visit.

E3 Systems support & Maintenance contracts are always very competitively priced and offer the same high level of service as for 'Pay as You Go' and 'Prepaid Hours' support.

* Unlimited support is subject to 10 minutes per problem or per remote access session.  Where longer duration is necessary it is deemed that an engineer visit is required.

** Remote access is only available to customers who have a broadband connection to the Internet.
