Terms and conditions (abridged)

Half of the rent is payable on booking, the balance being due four weeks before commencement of the letting period.

Telephone bookings will be held for seven days while awaiting your deposit.

Holiday cancellation insurance is available as deposits cannot be redeemed.

Lettings are from 3pm. Guests should leave by 10am on the day of departure.

If you prefer not to be troubled by cleaning when you leave, it can be done for you at an extra charge (prior notice appreciated).
