MORE INFORMATION

  Who are you?

New to photography?
Confused by digital cameras?
A complete amateur?
An experienced amateur?
A professional photographer whose understanding is limited in certain areas?

If you are any of the above we can help you. We tailor our modules to you.

Photographers at different levels have different needs and our approach is flexible in order to react to; and fulfil; your learning needs.

  What we do for you

We empower you to fulfil your potential.

By understanding our modular concepts you will know how to tackle future projects, without having to ask anyone how to do them.

How?

You don’t learn by instruction but by doing.  We don’t tell you what to do but instead put you in proven controlled learning situations (with feedback) that will empower you to truly understand photography.

For example, in sport instructors tell you what to do.  However highly qualified coaches look at what you do and give you learning tasks to modify and improve your performance, so that you "own" the concept.  The same is true in photography.

`Instruction’ is no use, we don’t learn by being told what to do. (If a world champion athlete told you how to perform would you be able to perform as well as them?)

We learn by doing; which together with constructive feedback enables us to "own" the concept; thereby empowering us to use and modify what we have learnt in future tasks.
