Mazda 2 - cracked bumper repair

  1. Choose the right staples for the repair.
    Staples GF46-W & GF28 are best for this type of crack.
  2. Then weld in the staples, this crack took 7-8 mins to weld. Much quicker than conventional methods.
  3. When the crack has been welded cut the pins off as close to the bumper as possible and DA the remainder down using an 80-120 grit disc.
  4. Finally skim with a suitable plastic filler and refinish as normal

 Audi - broken fog light lug repair process

  1. Choose the right staples for the repair.
    Staples GF16 & GF38 are best for this type of crack.
  2. Align the lug either by hand or using some tape then weld in the staples. Use the GF38 (v-staple) to reinforce the corners, finishing off with GF16 on the flat sections.
  3. Snip off the excess staples.

    This whole process shouldn't take longer than 5 mins and is quicker and stronger than conventional methods
