Terms and Condition of order

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between the customer and Rainbow Ceramics will take place on the despatch of the goods ordered by the customer unless Rainbow Ceramics has notified the customer that Rainbow Ceramics does not accept the customers order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of any of the following:

1. Our inability to obtain authorisation for the customers payment.
2. The identification of a price or product description error.
3. Any reasonable doubt as to whether the transaction could be fraudulent.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (uk only) which states that you have the right under the Distance Selling Regulation to cancel the order and return the goods in good order during a "cooling off" period which ends seven working days from the day after delivery.

Please note

1. The product must be returned undamaged and in resalable condition.
2. The product must be returned in its original packing.
3. The cost of delivery and return postage will not be refunded.
4. The goods must be returned to our premises and be insured against
    damage in transit by the customer.
