The apartment is centrally located within the Georgian heart of the city on the banks of the River Avon. It is part of a Grade II listed building and once formed the kitchens of Sir Joseph Huddart, a local businessman. You can see the old house deeds on the wall. Parts of the original flagstone flooring, beams and stonework have been restored to a very high standard and combine with luxury fittings to make the apartment the ideal choice for an enjoyable holiday or short break. The apartment caters for two, is large, well furnished and has a fully fitted kitchen (laundry with washing machine), bathroom, double bedroom, lounge/diner with colour television. It has full gas central heating. There is a delightful sunny garden with barbecue facilities. Special visitor parking by permit is available in
the street. Use of the permit is free of charge to our
