Description of the accommodation

The apartment is centrally located within the Georgian heart of the city on the banks of the River Avon.

It is part of a Grade II listed building and once formed the kitchens of Sir Joseph Huddart, a local businessman. You can see the old house deeds on the wall.

The apartment has full gas central heating and complimentary Wifi is available. There is also a small pretty garden, with borders and lawn, for exclusive use of our guests.

Visitor parking by permit is available in the street. Use of the permit is free of charge to our visitors if it is requested in advance.

Well-behaved dogs are accepted by arrangement for a charge of £25 per dog per week / part week.
